The client's challenge
After having improved the recruiting process successfully, we focused on 'digitalization potentials' as part of the Process Improvement initiative. Especially for personnel related processes, a big amount of manual, paper-based activities were conducted and many interfaces had to be integrated. We were asked to provide methodological support and serve as a sparring partner to help the company in digitalizing staff-related processes.

Our results
Together, we were able to define and select the right supplier with the most appropriate All-in-One HR software for the client. The client team implemented the solution and is now pleased to have much more leaner and digitalized processes with less interfaces and workload in place.
